We use Power Pax and commercial-grade dryer sheets. Please contact us about options such as softener, hypoallergenic detergents, Tide, and Downey.
Wash & Fold pricing is $2.10 per pound for next-day service and $2.60 per pound for same-day service, with a $25 minimum.
Our minimum for fluff and fold is $25.
Generally, most orders are scheduled for the next day. You can, for an additional charge and if we have the time to do so, get same-day fluff and fold service. If you need same day service, please call ahead to check with us.

Pickup and Delivery Questions
Yes. If you have pets—especially dogs—please leave a note in your account or text us before your scheduled pickup. We require your pets to be secured and indoors at the time of pick up or delivery. This helps our drivers stay safe and ensures a smooth pickup. You can also include instructions like “Dog barks” or “Please don’t ring the doorbell.” Thanks for helping us provide safe and reliable service!
We pick up and deliver clean, folded laundry every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with deliveries between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
When your clothes are delivered, we can provide a photo or signature confirmation.
